The question is what should I bring to the T’giving potluck. The answer is to find a dish that tells others,
“I did not come from the grocery store bakery or deli. My ingredients did not come pre-mixed in a box. That makes my cook a better person than you. The dish you brought says that you are a person who has decided to spend all of your time either at work or rearing your snotty babies and crooked teenagers. Oh by the way, your children will grow up to hate you.”
It’s a complex set of criteria.
